I’m actually going to be working on a steampunk notebook of my own and such as well as bringing out a few things to test and more pictures and works etc. Please bear with me a bit longer and I’ll be working on things once again at tip top condition.

Hey everyone,

I know I haven’t been posting much lately but there’s a reason for that. I recently acquired a full time job for the summer, part time when I head back to university, and I’ve been saving up that money for some super special Steamy items and the such.

I’ll try to post more pictures and things later this week perhaps if I get the time but in the mean time just hang out and submit things here on your own if you like.

My pocket watch came. It’s the most amazing pocketwatch in the history of pocketwatches. This picture does it no justice. More pictures of it later when I can get better quality. The back is awesome too. It opens up to show the inside parts that move. It’s also a wind up so no fiddling with batteries. Very sweet.

So I ordered a new time piece (pocketwatch) over a week and a half ago and after it left China on the 3rd there has been no more tracking info. Which pisses me off. I like tracking my items and seeing where they are. I hate not knowing where they are and especially when they are going to get to me. >< They should arrive between two days ago and three days in the future. Today is the prime arrival day though I doubt they’re still anywhere close to New York. Everything is made in China except fast shipping.

This is something I bought recently. While it’s not a picture that I took personally it is the same exact item that I purchased. It’s a mini nautical spyglass about 3” long that extends and compresses. I put a necklace chain on mine as well and am currently wearing it compressed so it doesn’t get bashed around as I walk. I quite love this piece though in the future I will be looking into a regular sized nautical spyglass for my persona.

So incredibly jelly. This Steampunker built a movable wing pack and there is even a video on youtube showing how they work. Pretty sure if you search Steampunk Icaraus Wings the video will come up. The mechanism behind it is actually seemingly simple but building this piece was most likely complicated. The artist (Not the woman in the photo, she’s just a model) actually ended up selling the piece online for I think about $ 1,000. If I had a thousand dollars I would have bought them.
